Refund policy

Unused purchased Credits can be refunded automatically. A completely unused purchase receives a full refund; a partly used purchase receives a proportional refund for its unused Credits.

How to request a refund

Sign in, open Your Credits, and choose Refund unused Credits beside a purchase. Review the amount before confirming.

Reward Credits are used first and cannot be exchanged for money. Purchased Credits are then used from the oldest purchase first. Refunds return to the original payment method, and the corresponding Credits are removed. Amounts are rounded down to the nearest US cent.

Payments already disputed through a bank follow the bank dispute process. Refunds that cannot be verified automatically require support.
